  • Professional dry clean only. Do not hand wash or machine wash.
  • Do not bleach or tumble dry.
  • If needed, iron gently on a low heat, placing a clean pressing cloth between the iron and the scarf.
  • Air between wears, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
  • Avoid contact with jewellery, sharp objects and rough surfaces that may catch the delicate weave.
  • Store clean and loosely folded in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging for long periods, as this may stretch the fabric.

At AMAHA, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our silk scarves. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Return Window: Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Packaging: Original packaging (box, butter paper, protective wrappings) must be intact.
  • Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached. Items with removed or missing tags will not be accepted.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@amahalondon.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
  3. After inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
