Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
  • Any item returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)

Refund Process
  1. To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@amahalondon.com  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
