Return Policy

At AMAHA, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our 100% silk scarves. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Request Period: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Item: The scarf must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Packaging: All original packaging, including the branded box, butter paper, and any protective wrappings, must be intact and undamaged.
  • Tags & Labels: All tags, hangtags, and labels must be attached and unremoved. Items with missing or detached tags will not be accepted.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at customerservice@amahalondon.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
