  • Gently fold and store it in the original AMAHA box or a breathable fabric pouch when not in use.

  • Avoid prolonged hanging, which may alter the shape of the scarf.

  • Take care around sharp jewelry or rough surfaces to prevent pulls or snags.
  • Do not spray perfume, deodorant, or hairspray directly onto the fabric.

Return Policy

At AMAHA, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our silk scarves. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Return Window: Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Packaging: Original packaging (box, butter paper, protective wrappings) must be intact.
  • Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached. Items with removed or missing tags will not be accepted.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
  3. After inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
